Join us for silent guided days of Mindfulness in the beautiful and tranquil Essex countryside led by two qualified Mindfulness practitioners.
Your mind and body will benefit greatly both from a digital detox and guided mindfulness based practices such as Mindful Eating and Movement.
You will spend most of the retreat in silence and at the end of the day there will be an opportunity to share your experience of the day with the group.
Alternatively, why not come along and join us for a morning Masterclass in Mindfulness. Suitable for all; you will be introduced to some of the core practices and you will leave with a valuable ‘toolkit’ for everyday life situations.
